对于基本的code的理解
Frank Pearson, CFA, a researcher for Thompson, Inc. He delayed to report the expected stock price of Thompson that is undervalued in order to give her mother attractive price to trading immediately. He does not report to his employer. Pearson least likely to violate to:
 
A.       duty to client
B.       duty to employer
C.       Diligence and reasonable basis.

考试中请各位学员一定看清楚题目的问题，此题中需要大家选出的是least likely。Pearson违反了duty to client，因为立即先给妈妈交易；也违反了duty to employer，因为injury the firm。但是不可能违反diligence and reasonable basis。
 
此类题目在考试中越来越多，在一定特殊的情况下，code是可以重叠的，考核“不可能违反的”难度就在于对于英文及对于基本的code的理解。
